Sunday - (first and last)11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

These 3 hour Special Learning classes are free (or a donation) for yoga students.
Teachers may use these classes to fulfill hours or CEU credits at normal fees.
They are designed to give a deeper understanding of yoga and yoga philosophy.

The Philosophy of Detachment

We will discuss the intricacies of detachment and how to practice it. Detachement is not "not caring." Through detachment we can have better relationships or interactions with others.

Bodyflow with Meredith

BODYFLOW is a choreographed exercise-to-music class that uses three main disciplines.  It starts with a tai chi warm-up, followed by yoga asanas and pilates exercises to stretch, strengthen and energize the body.  The class is designed to build total body strength and tone - while also releasing muscular and mental stress and promoting relaxation.  It introduces a "mind-body" mindset to group fitness, particularly in the gym environment.

Flowing with the Gunas
