From Van Wyck Expressway,
Exit 3/ Linden Blvd, go west on Linden Blvd. for three lights. Turn left on Lefferts Blvd.
From Belt Parkway
from West exit 19 stay on the right side and exit Lefferts Blvd.make a left and go one mile north.
from East exit 19 (Van Wyck exit) stay on right side exit to 133 Ave. Make a left on 133 Ave (the first light) go one mile to Lefferts Blvd.(119 Str) make a right on Lefferts and go 3/4 mile to Center on the right
or exit 18B Lefferts Blvd. Make a right on Lefferts, go one mile Center is on right side
From Woodhaven Blvd.
Go South on Woodhaven Blvd till Rockaway Blvd and make a left into Rockaway. Pass the Race Trac and make a left on Lefferts Blvd.Go one block we are on the right side.
From Howard Beach
Go to Belt Parkway east, stay in the right lane and exit the first exit (Nassau Expressway) Stay in right lane first exit is Lefferts Blvd. Make left and go one mile.

Northport Yoga Center
245A Main Street, Northport, NY 11768

From the west: Northern State Parkway to Exit 42 North, Rt. 231. Go to traffic light, bear right onto East Dear Park Road. Continue to Jericho Turnpike (Rte. 25) and merge right. Get into the far left lane right away, two lights turn left onto Elwood Rd. All the above is less than one mile. Stay on Elwood Rd. (5 miles), cross over Rte. 25A, continue North, streets merge and you will be on Church Street. Take Church to Main Street. Turn left onto Main St. The Yoga Center is one mile down Main, on the right side, directly opposite the post office.

From the east: Sunken Meadow Parkway North to the end, exit Route 25A West. Travel Rte. 25A for four miles (five traffic lights). Go through the fifth light and turn right onto Main Street. The Yoga Center is down Main, on the right side, directly opposite the post office.

Important: The entrance to the Yoga Center is on the side of the building. Non-metered parking is available up the street. It's a short walk to the center. Also, there is a municipal lot if you pass the center and turn right at the blinking light. At the top of the hill, on the left, is free parking.
